NEET UG 2026 Document Update Advisory by NTA

Who Must Follow This NEET UG 2026 Advisory?

This notice applies to:

  • All NEET 2026 aspirants, including Class 11, Class 12, and droppers.
  • Reserved category students (EWS, SC, ST, OBC-NCL).
  • Candidates with disabilities holding a UDID card.
  • Parents or guardians.

Aadhaar Card Guidelines for NEET UG 2026

Your Aadhaar must be valid, accurate, and updated for NEET UG 2026. All Aadhaar details should exactly match the NEET application form.

Check these fields carefully to avoid Aadhaar mismatch for NEET:

  1. Full Name
  2. D.O.B
  3. Gender
  4. Photograph
  5. Address

Any mismatch may cause application problems. Complete Aadhaar update or correction for NEET immediately via the UIDAI website.

Category Certificate and UDID Requirements for NEET UG 2026

Candidates applying under reserved categories or PwD quota must ensure documents are valid and updated. Expired certificates may result in category rejection.

  1. Category Certificates: NEET category certificates for EWS, SC, ST, and OBC-NCL must be valid and unexpired.
  2. UDID Card: PwD candidates must have a valid UDID card to avail reservation and support.
